How it stacks up, my honest take
Our spacious Queen Room was spotlessly clean and offered comfort at its finest. The friendly staff were really good, especially when delivering a good breakfast to our room. Perfect location for our plans, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return for another visit!

We found everything excellent except the comfort of the room.........let me explain what we mean; it is impossible to completely stop the light from entering the room from the window!!!!! There is no way to close the curtains so the room is never dark and because of that, we had trouble to sleep and got awaken much earlier than anticipated, especially when you are on holiday and one might want to sleep in a bit. It almost seems like someone forgot to put in "the" privacy curtain?? Henri Nadeau

Fairly clean place, very good service, amicable and superbly friendly staff. New-fashioned and spotless rooms with sofa bed, a table and chairs, for example. Particularly good location to Spa Mathers. Close enough to restaurant, restaurants, grocery store, and Saint-Eustache.

Loved how clean and spacious my room was! The decor was modern and made for a relaxing vibe. The fitness amenities were a nice touch too!

The room was spacious and super comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. I spent some time soaking in the jacuzzi and enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was a great way to relax. The only hiccup was that the restaurant service could've been quicker, but that didn't stop me from having a good stay! 😊

Greatly enjoyed my queen room. The setting was convenient, short walk to restaurants, grocery store, and a good restaurant. It also was in the middle of the city.

Management is competent and resolves complicated situation with ease. Easy to find. Close to the highway. Fitness room.
Staff in the restaurant. One person was perfect, but another almost spoiled the dinner and, consistently, breakfast too. Slow. Mixed up things. Very bad comprehension of English.

It was just a great value-to-price ratio for a momentary visit in Saint-Eustache. The breakfast was not good for $20.00. Consider finding other dining options nearby.

Nice lobby, but noisy nights
The place has a pretty lobby and we got to check in early, super nice. The bed was comfy, and I liked having the Nespresso in the morning. Just a bummer the party in the ballroom made our room shake at 2:15 am! Not cool when you're trying to sleep.

The bed felt great, perfect for resting after exploring the area. The staff members were cute and made check-in easy. They were friendly during our interactions. I was disappointed that there weren't enough towels in the pool area. I also expected better accessibility options in common areas, which could have. I had a good experience, but these few issues could enhance future visits.

missingWrote a review on 17 Julspacious layoutfree parkingfamily-friendlystuffy air
The Loft Suite features a spacious layout that works well for families looking for a little extra room to spread out. The hotel offers free parking right at the entrance.
Unfortunately, there are a few downsides to mention. The inability to open windows leaves the air feeling stuffy, which could be bothersome during a longer stay. I had to request housekeeping. The bathroom lacked sufficient toiletries for two guests-shower gel counts must always be double in such cases, right? It felt slow and cramped, especially for the number of floors it serves.
